    Yep, the system is the problem, not the loyalty scheme.

    I wonder how many other clubs use talentsport? I know Rangers and Sheffield United (both of whom use loyalty schemes to sell away tickets) both used to but seem to have gone elsewhere now.

    Main website saying Barrow tickets back on sale. But when you go to the ticketing site and click 'away games' it says none on sale at present. Ho hum.

    when you've logged into your account click on the dropdown menu and under it is loyalty points, that shows you your total.

    It turns out that the website is contradictory. One route into away tickets says not available, but using the three lines in the corner and then selecting Match Tickets gets you there.
    Ticket now successfully purchased. Let's hope this is just a glitch and we don't have all this rigmarole for future matches
