Barrow Away Tickets

Quite narrow bands them, although I'm sure the club know how many fans fit each category.

Looks like quite a high cut off for general sale too, I've 800+ points from two lots of season tickets, friendlies and around 6 away games next year but it would be my turn to buy a ticket about 3 days after the game by my reckoning.

Going to be mistakes made from the club, and grumbles from us fans but needs to be something that is allowed to bed in properly

 

I’m in but my travelling partner misses by 10 points.

Think it may be a struggle to get tickets for a fair few games if we are doing well .........

 

It's difficult and I know it's something all clubs implement, but it's near on impossible to stop it becoming a closed door, particularly with small away ends in this league. If I was someone with 940 points I'd buy a ticket anyway even if I couldn't go as there would be no problem/issue in passing it on, getting more points even if you don't go. It's almost impossible to sort to suit all parties

 

There will be plenty of games that won’t sell out, giving other fans the chance to accumulate points so that it doesn’t become a closed shop.

 

Different circumstances, but I think the Barrow tickets went on general sale last season, only selling out at the last minute.

 

I suppose you could attend the Hull, Sheffield Weds and Leicester U21 games in both the Cup competitions and that adds 60 loyalty points.

 

You can't compare. New manager. Positive atmosphere amongst fans. 1st away match of the season.

The points only get added after the games have happened even if the purchase is before the Barrow match

Yes, aware of that but as the season progresses, an accumulation of points may be beneficial. Clever strategy tbh

 

To be honest I was sweating a bit because I didn't think that I had enough points having not checked for a while then when I did look (the day after my season ticket arrived in the post) I realised that my season ticket points had only just been added. That gives me 980!
To be fair to the club it's not an easy situation to manage given that some clubs don't have a lot of accommodation for away fans in this league. Easy for me to say when I am okay but it's a fact, another reason to get (up) out of this league.

That's fair enough HB but I'm sure you would agree, the wording on the official Bradford City page implies 20 points and poor form by the club on this
