    Yes, it needs to be more transparent. As it stands, I have no way of knowing whether the original points were correct and, if not, why not.

    My loyalty points have gone down by 60 as well. What a mess.

    Yesterday, mine went down by 20 points, but by this morning it had gone back up by the 'missing' 20 points. This afternoon it's down by 60 points.

    If everyone else is having the same problems, it's no wonder Barrow hasn't sold out.

    My ticket has arrived in the post for the Barrow game but I have just checked MY loyalty points total and it has reduced by 60 points!

    Just checked again and 20 points have mysteriously reappeared, but I am still down by 40 points overall. It's a shambles.

    There will always be glitches with new systems.
    To be honest, I thought this would be a free for with certain groups taking advantage. But looks like a fair format for those who went to not so glamorous games I.e. Colchester away last season.
    If you had a priority advantage, you could pick your away games. Whereas, this new system rewards all those who did the hard miles last season.
    For those who book train or hotels this is a good system.

    Sorry, but if the system had been user tested properly there would not be glitches on this scale. The supplier, presumably the talent sport ticketing website, has cut corners and done things on the cheap.

    snap. Just couldn’t be bothered working out which was missing. When I originally looked Tranmere was showing but no points but it updated whilst I was on and added those back on so maybe they are working on it currently

    Maybe we've decided to forget that one. It was an awful night.
    I think that was the night DA told us we must respect a team who hadn't scored for 9 hours.
