I don't know why we'd pay a fee for a 30yr old anyway, aging strikers seem to be our downfall. I'd soon rather pay a fee for Roberts from County or Tshimanga from Boreham Wood than pay for a striker who will have no ambition to progress up the leagues and is only here for the wage (Doyle/Vaughan)

This club has done nothing but lie to and mislead supporters for the past 3/4/5 years. We've also had six successive dreadful transfer windows leading to three years of constant decline. So forgive me, if I think it's a bit convenient that an article is released bigging up the third choice striker two days after we sell our best one. Bowyer did the same in January - waxed lyrical about Patrick returning from loan just to cover his arse in case he got no one in to replace Doyle, Vaughan and Oteh. One of which did not get replaced funnily enough.

All you get in response is Rupp/Rhodes/Sparks is a good man, working hard to put right the wrongs of Rahic’s reign. Without them we’d be another Bury. can’t remember where I said it but of the top of my head only Sunderland, Scunthorpe and one other have fallen more places since Rupp bought the club. McCall is a man who wants the club to do well, yes but so do I. Doesn’t mean I’d be a good manager. As his previous spells have proven.
rhodes May have steadied the ship but nows the time to step aside. We need someone to take the club by the bollocks and drag it back to league one minimum first. This selling players for peanuts to get them off the books and appointing your mate won’t work

Stephen Walker.
Walker spent a spell on loan at Crewe recently and it is thought Boro are prepared to send him out again on a season long loan.
Source Mature Middlesbrough season ticket holder who knows more about Boro than I do.
