    Several years ago and a division higher. Hopefully he has matured. He's looked pretty decent against us recently.

    Slightly underwhelmed, I didn’t rate him that much the first time round. A bit like Dylan Connolly - lots of pace but no end product.

    Decent signing. He scooped 6 player of the year awards at Scunny last season.

    I am sure he has matured a lot since he was here on loan. I believe he played more centrally last season as opposed to out wide which is interesting.

    Gilliead always had much better ball control than Connolly. Connelly was just very quick. He ran down blind alleys far too often but seems to make better decisions now, judging by his recent games against us.

    So that's competition on the wings sorted.

    Satisfied with that, squad player with ability.

    Our first XI looks decent, worried our second XI might struggle for goals though.

    I remember our game at Scunny and their commentators were waxing lyrical about how he'd get an L1 move in the summer.

    I think he played more centrally for them too.

    Strange one. Does Adams not rate Vernam and Crankshaw ? Always struck me as a poor man's Adam Reach. Cant see us signing another forward now.

    Not doing cartwheels over this one but not dismayed either.

    Unlike some I didn't think he was that bad last time here. I seem to remember he did his defensive duties and provided an outlet from defence. Wasn't afraid to take men on, just very raw.
