    At no time did we vote on a new scheme and the suite is a compulsory purchase brought in by Julien Rhodes. I’m sure in 2026 this scheme will end.

    I won't argue either your wrong, there is nothing illegal with regards those who took the section 75 route under the consumer credit act, and are not as you accuse them of free loading, they along with the those who didn't get a refund (from the credit card company not the club) have paid every year just as you have done not taking the suite upgrade was your choice, Julian's offer was to select a seat in any part of the stadium you chose not to.

    No one who got part of their money back did anything illegal as the article blow shows:

    Section 75 is your secret financial superhero – buy something costing more than £100 and less than £30,000 on your credit card, and your card company has a LEGAL responsibility to come to the rescue if there's a problem. So if something you've paid for has turned up broken or faulty, or perhaps didn't arrive at all, you may be able to get your money back through a Section 75 claim. in our case the company you bought the original 25 year deal from had ceased trading and the company Julian & Gordon Gibb bought was a completely new company.

    you had best tell the club they are wrong on their website and have been accounting for it wrong all these years. The website clearly states the suite upgrade is complementary as do the receipts.

    you are correct that we didn’t vote on anything after the first admin but that doesn’t mean the scheme hasn’t changed. It clearly has changed.

    The Patrons Suite was the suites original name, after out great run in the Capital One Cup it was renamed The 2012/13 Suite it is now the Whitney's Hospitality Suite.

    Next home match I will investigate. They are probably taking it back due to an increase in hospitality. However it fills up in the McCall and Hendrie suites. Sometimes they cordon one of these off then there are long queues at the bar and food. We just normally sit in there and have a drink before the match.

    It’s been worded differently in the past with free season ticket but £120 for suite upgrade, after all the price we pay is the cost of a suite upgrade not a season ticket price. However there will be no extension, it will end in 2026

    Thank you. I wonder why they have increased the suite upgrade and reduced the access. It has gone up by a 1/3rd I think.

    the problem is where @Bronco@Bronco sits the seats are only available with a suite upgrade. I have tried in the past just to get a seat and been told no

    no because they have done a special 25 yr price for the ticket and the suite free. I’m guessing it is for accounting purposes

    Also if you are 65+ then a suite upgrade is £160 so why isn’t their 25 season ticket £160?
