thing is for us that took up the offer to move from our seats if they scrap it early we will be hit with paying for season tickets and suite fee even though I rarely use the suite, but need to have the upgrade to have our seat. Chances of finding 6 seats together with a semi decent view is slim anywhere else

and yes I know it will end at some point but would rather it was further down the line.

4DA81FE5-7B53-479C-B1CA-A79CFB434CAE.png They’ve even changed it so that if you get a suite pass you have to move to either the Kop or the top of the main stand.

The second point is wrong too.

    I'd agree with that.

The first answer doesn't make sense. It says you need to sit in the area, then gives the Bantams Bar as an example but then says you can move you bar pass to the Hendrie Suite but doesn't say you need to move seats.

And the second point I think is right as it has been said previously too

Couldn’t remember how much I paid last year, but did think this was quite a bit higher for next season. 50% increase at first glance does seem a bit steep. I’ll still buy it, but it would have been better if club could have given some reasoning for increase.

It’s dearer as a 25 year ticket holder than if I buy a 60+ as I’m retired? Summat wrong here. I don’t want a suite upgrade and I’m not giving up my seat in Midland Road, so I can’t possibly have a suite option if I wanted it without moving.

It ends at the conclusion of the 2025/26 season,so three more seasons to go. A few proposals were made about a fixed percentage dependent on what division we were in but not implemented. There is no extension because we are in league 2.

There’s been some awful comments on Twitter regarding 25 year holders of which I have 2. One for myself and one for my youngest son who was far keener on City than my eldest at the time. I bought them through a bank loan so I never claimed any rebate. They cost £2500 each though there was a £250 discount for paying up front. So every season I’ve effectively paid £100 per season, only the 1st 2 years were free as the club financially collapsed. Then we started to have to pay £100 per season to keep it going, eventually after a lot of proposals including a fixed rate dependent on which division we were in that was never implemented,Julian Rhodes came up with a fair scheme where you got a suite upgrade if you paid £120 which I’m happy with as the suite is ok and you get good seats. However if you sit in the Midland road stand you can’t upgrade to a suite so they are not getting a reasonable deal and next season paying £180 on top of their £100 per season when they took out the ticket. So in reply to certain individuals on Twitter we are not freeloading C***s nor did we all get our money back as the certain individual who leaked Ryan Sparks number on social media claims. Also there is added benefit to City as my eldest son who is now very keen but not a 25yearer pays for a yearly season ticket and a suite upgrade for himself and his 8 year old son so he can join us.

Surely if we are still working on the original rules they should be free so one of the changes happened.

As I've posted in the past as we become more successful IMO Sparks will bring in different prices for different areas of the Stadium, now we all want our club to be successful but as Stork has said if there is a need to move for what ever reason it would be difficult for a family group to find seating together elsewhere in the Stadium.
Those who chose to move over to the Sunwin many years ago and took the Patrons bar offer have now been excluded from there and if they want a beer before the game have to use the McCall/Hendries suites, I believe the increase of £60 for a suite upgrade is just the thin end of the wedge and eventually (If I'm still here) I will be priced out of the seats me and my grandson now have, hopefully I'm wrong but I dot think I will be in the long run.

Bought mine by cheque for £2250 with the 10% discount but I've paid lots on top of this over the years for just my seat and no suite use. A lot paid this way so as to get the discount. As quite a lot also used the direct debit option, I understood only a minority used credit cards and only a small minority of them claimed a rebate and continued to take discounts offered as this would be punishable legally as financial fraud. This was pointed out by some in online discussions at the time and subsequently so anybody who has done or is doing so should be well aware that they are committing a financial crime. To claim freeloading on this basis might be technically correct only about a very small criminal minority but incorrect, ignorant and insulting of the majority. Given there are only about 650 still claiming the benefit and it has shrivelled to virtually nothing for many of us that can't use the suites for various reasons, I don't see why some want to get annoyed about it and insult fellow fans that lost out overall. It's just ignorance on social media again. The club can dump it for me now if they want, though I'm not terrible happy with the way the compromise benefit since the administrations has been eroded by a succession of cynical people at the club. Getting ripped off slowly by a series of different people is still getting ripped off.

I have the paperwork that says differently, including the vote on the revised scheme, which was implemented as part of a deal to come out of administration.

That said, I won't be objecting if they decide to bring the scheme to an end earlier (or even now).

There’s no way the ticket should be priced higher than a senior or 16 to 23 ticket.

They stopped being free after the 2004 administration,as I said several proposals were put forward but nothing came of them. At one time a firm proposal seemed likely depending on what division we were in. Something like free in the premier league but full price if we went to the National league with staggered prices in the leagues in between but it never came to fruition and then Julian Rhodes came up with the suite upgrade option and implemented that. Technically the season ticket remains free but you have to buy a compulsory suite upgrade. Fine for people like myself in the main stand, but not so good for Midland road fans where a suite isn’t available, especially pensioners who will be paying more to renew their 25year ticket than it is to buy an ordinary pensioners season ticket.

You may have a proposal but I never got a vote on a revised scheme and nothing was ever implemented other than we had to pay £100 from 2004 although this wasn’t voted on just implemented. The compulsory suite upgrade came a few years later. We were mentioned in the 2002 CVA but nothing concrete was proposed for us in 2004.

I don't believe the above is correct those who claimed there money back were claiming against a business that no longer traded as Bradford City.
Why would the then new owners Julian & Gordon Gibb make the offer they did to all 25 year season ticket holders, there was never any conditions to the new offer the old company had taken fans hard earned cash any money those who went down the road of recovering their purchase did not come from Bradford City, but the bank's with regards the Section 75 Customer Credit Act.

    That's a fair summary.

I think the only difference between us is which is the contractually binding scheme, the one which depended on which division we were in or Julian's upgrade scheme. In the end its probably a bit of a moot point, because I think most 25 yearers will be happy to see the scheme wound up over the next few seasons.

Technically you are wrong on a number of points. A new scheme must have been implemented as we are still getting something different from the original scheme. So the scheme has changed.

secondly if you look at you VAT receipts it clearly shows that you pay for the season ticket and the suite upgrade is the complimentary part.
