25 Year 'Season Tickets' (Now with Suites Poll)

Finally got a reply about getting a ticket for the boy and it is a big fat no. So looks like he isn’t going

 

My renewal price was adjusted to £150 on mine yesterday. I don’t know if it’s just me, but the direct debit option doesn’t allow you to hit the button to complete as it’s greyed out. Until you realise that there is a drop-down arrow on the RHS to complete address, bank details etc. It was squashed up on my screen and not apparent (or it wasn’t to me). No mention of outside company, I just got a confirmation email with the amount each month and the date of payment each month.

 

I must admit, I held off from buying mine because I felt sure that given time to consider, the club would offer the compromise that they have done for the people who don't use the suites.
I know it is still cheap, but felt they hadn't really thought it through.
Only a couple of years left now then we will no longer be a drain on the club.

No reply as yet. Let's see what happens. First payment for next season isn't due till June but it needs fixing well in advance to avoid any overpayment

 

are you moving out of the suites to take advantage of the lower price ?

 

We will be renewing our tickets for the Bantams Bar mainly because of the seating facilities. The lounge / bar is shocking and really does need improvement for the cost we are paying.

 

Reply from supporters board chairman about refunds:

“The conversation I had with Ryan over last weekend in advance of their announcement mentioned the money would be aded to customers accounts with the club like a credit note so would be used against future purchases (club shop, away tickets, etc.). This was before the press release though so will discuss again in our meeting with them Thursday to get the official answer as they still had some numbers to crunch at that point so the correct answer now might not be what they were planning the weekend in adavnce.”

 

I had a reply from Mick on Saturday about the £30 quid difference between the £180 I'd renewed my direct debit at and the revised £150 price. Long story short, Mick's processed a refund of £30 to my card they have on file and my DD will remain as if the price is £180. I'd have preferred the DD to be adjusted but the refund was easier apparently and I was happy enough with that solution.

I've just renewed, for the first time on DD, on the theory that why should I pay for it all upfront if it's available monthly ? Cost was £151.50 including a "web fee".

 

I think it is a good deal when it is interest free.

5. 25 Year Season Ticket Holders – Update

Discussion had taken place between Tony Bates (Chairperson) and Ryan Sparks in response to numerous contacts from supporters regarding the cost of 25 Year Season Tickets being linked to the cost of 2023/24 Suites Pass.

The Club had taken cognisance and had announced earlier in the week that 25 Year Season Ticket holders who did not wish to have Suite facilities would be able to renew for £150. This decision was welcomed by the Supporters Board and is another positive sign of the club listening to feedback from both supporters and the Supporters Board.

 

Common sense prevailed in the end
