    I would agree to a point as for most of the season I have had points added when I haven't attended but I also know I have not had points allocated for every game as my dad has more points than me with no other difference

    How many points should someone have for just buying a season ticket and then attending all the home games? for two seasons?

    Thought it was 150 for a season ticket, so 610?

    But either way my total is 1150, and that includes Orient away last season, Hull at home and Play off semi final, so that is 50 points, leaving 1100. So definitely not had points allocated for every game

    Yet both mine and my grandsons show we did not attend the Grimsby game, it really is a none sence on behalf of the club, why are extra points needed you've already paid for your season ticket.

    The correct answer for 21/22 and 22/23 is 1,220 points.

    21/22 was 150 points for a season ticket, plus 460 points for all the home matches (20 points per home match) = 610 points.

    My purchase history shows I didn't get anything for the Grimsby match, but the points are in my total. You can't rely on the purchase history.

    Strangely my purchase history shows 20 points per game for 21/22. so 610 points from first season. Then 50 points for extra games. 660 leaves 490 for this season. 150 for season ticket leaves 340 points, 17 games.

    From my working out it is 6 games I didn't get points for. Salford, Rochdale, Barrow, Hartlepool, Carlisle, Grimsby, Sutton

    You are right re 21/22 home games; it was the away games that were 10 points. I've updated my post accordingly.

    If I go to a Petrol Station, and pay for 50 Litres of fuel, I would be very unhappy if the gauge on the pump only said I had got 45 Litres.
    Such practices In any other commercial business, where there are conflicting records would cause an uproar. I am sure there would be referrals to the relevant regulatory organisations.
    Again using that analogy, if I deposit £50 in the bank, yet my statement only says I put £45 in, but the Bank says I really put £50 in and it is on my balance, then the Bank would lose the confidence of the public.

    There doesn’t even need to be any points given for having a season ticket.

    what I mean there is that away tickets should only be available to season ticket holders. They should be unavailable to Non season ticket holders.
    Therefore giving priority points for having a ST is fruitless.

    That is plainly wrong! I have friends who live in the South-East and South-West, who don’t have Season Tickets as they can’t get to enough games at VP to make it worth while. However they have been to away games, closer to where they live.

    Tickets should be available after Loyalty Points levels have been passed and say 48 hours after they have been made available to Season Ticket holders.

    For sure have different release dates, and a priority system, but don’t rule out none Season Ticket holders from being able to buy away tickets altogether.

    I’ve just added mine up tonight and the total matches what is showing on my history. So no points showing for 7 matches and no points given

    Quite so. My points for Newport away were included in the total, but not showing in my purchase history. My son was missing the points entirely but added after queried with the ticket office.
