I don’t see what all the fuss is about. We don’t have a Devine right to win every game. The year on year progression wasn’t going to last forever. It’s unrealistic to expect it to happen. Even without the German owners, we were bound to have a season of regression at some point. Nobody likes it but it was going to happen at some point.

What’s in the wallet is allegedly £300M! No ones asking them to spend all their wealth, but it’s their project and they claim to want promotion! So just enough to have a really competitive budget! They won’t start making anything until we get promoted from L1. Speculate to accumulate!

Exactly! I don’t want them to go mental and start spending stupid money. I want decent sound investment in the first team squad. If you want promotion from league one then you have to have a top end league one budget. There’s the obvious exceptions like Shrewsbury and in the past Yeovil but they come around once in a blue moon.
