With better players comes a better chance of winning games.
There are 19 games left and we are 7 points behind. It’s not out of reach if we start winning now. We just need to keep closing that gap and stay in reach of 7th for a big push in the last 5-10 games.

I don't understand this narrative that's going around that he doesn't fit into the system that we play. The last 2 games we've played Pointon and Chapman as wingers in a 343 so Wright could replace one of them or if we go back to 352 then he could play up front alongside Cook in a front 2 like he did just before he left us when we went to a 442 diamond. He's also played as a wing back for Plymouth a bit.
If anything he fits perfectly into what we've been playing recently and with him on the pitch we could potentially start with him and J. Walker and change between the 343 and 352 during a match without making any subs.

 

I'm just commenting on what WOAP have said, that we are paying the bulk of his wages, which are described as 'substantial'.

 

As I've posted maybe we have got a clause to say if he performs we can by him for £x and make him our player, so that could cover that scenario and although you'd think we are contributing to his wages getting the likes of Oliver off the books is cracking business in comparison.

 

Quality doesn’t come cheap! Wright is a brilliant addition and if he performs anything like he was last he was here fantastic value. Don’t forget we were ready to buy him last season.

 

With respect Broncs you are guessing that this clause might exist. As @Loyalbantam posted above, there are enough games left for us to have an outside chance at promotion, but Wright on his own isn't enough. So unless we are going to all out and bring in more quality for that final push, I don't think we should be wasting money on expensive loans this window.
