I've never said you're in the wrong, I haven't given an opinion either way on your situation. I just don't believe you're entitled to a full price refund, that's the only point I was making.

 

How about if we all forfeit our refunds and Stefan doubles the total amount from his pocket.

 

I would want a refund if the season was terminated. Ultimately it is not 'my club' I don't own it. I am, at the bottom line, a paying customer.

I bought a ticket for Van Morrison in March. It got cancelled. I expect a refund if the gig isn't rearranged. I have 'supported' Van Morrison for 45 years or more, maybe only 6 or 7 years less than I have been 'supporting' Bradford City but I would expect the money to be paid back.

Let me be clear. My refund should be a percentage of the total payment. Whatever the percentage is of games remaining should applied to the season ticket price I paid and value refunded to me. I don't want it all. They provided the games up to March whatever.

I don't think I am being unreasonable in this.

 

Its not against ebay policies at all. They actively encourage drop shipping but what they don't like is online arbitrage eg selling items from Amazon on ebay and scraping a small profit.
There is non api software that automates the process and provides tracking data that is well within Ebays policies.
Ebay wont allow potential refunds on items with tracked shipping until the item has been delivered and then tracked back to the seller.

 

That's £28.85 in total. £150/26=£5.77 x 5.

Edit. out of interest how much would you have spent on fuel and pre/post match food +drinks or at the game purchases?
Maybe they have saved you money by not fulfilling the games? Just a thought.
