    It makes no sense though.

1st he doesn't name the clubs and then he says several clubs but doesn't put a number on it.

Also the issue with next season is that noboday don't knows if or when it will happen anyway.

Div 2 clubs are part of the EFL and like anything down the ladder their say as less weight than most.

According to Mark Ogden, football is pencilling in a return date of June 6th, initially behind closed doors with preseason commencing on May 16th. Though he is very muted in his HP sources...

Mind, he has kept his options open by writing
" Sources have told ESPN that the EFL plans depend entirely on government advice and the extent of the lockdown measures in the United Kingdom, but there is optimism that football can return by the beginning of June, albeit behind closed doors."

English football targets June 6 return to action behind closed doors - sources

Read an article yesterday Bielsa had brought Leeds players in a few weeks ago and they were training at Thorp Arch, surely making a call like that would have had to be OKed by the government ?.

I can see the preference for behind closed doors games, as opposed to voiding the season. And sky sports has an article saying the Wembley and St George's may be used to host multiple games on one day. They have a 228 room hotel, so players and officials can be isolated, mitigating some of the challenges around travel etc.

But that opens another can of worms. For clubs who had key games at home, they're not only losing the advantage of their fans being present, but losing any sort of home advantage whatsoever. Queue another wave of legal concerns.

Level playing field. Teams now will have have players back. It will be. Done in agreement.

They won't be any legal action. Thinking too deep.

Games will be behind closed doors so home advantage is near enough out of the window anyway.

I think that all the games will be played behind closed doors, but what should happen is that the EFL should get all the games made available on I-Follow to all the season ticket holders if you are at Home then it should be free because you have already paid for your home games via your season ticket, regarding away games you pay a nominal amount to watch.

A 38 game season with every team playing every other team, home and away, is a level playing field.

A season where some teams play at home or away more than others, or have a portion of those games played at a neutral venue and with no fans, isnt.
