Don’t forget he was sacked at Salford in quick time. Saw him on Look North last night, nice talk but had the look of the condemned man.
Yes it is nothing to do with us but plenty on here wanted him. I was at the Salford game which was his first home game and with no crowd all I heard was a foul mouthed 90 minute rant at his players, little wonder he didn’t get the results to keep his job and only lasted months.

 

So do Man City often, difference is some attack and some defend non stop...

Im not really into this sentimental “ bring back the old boss” mentality. We got bit by Stuart’s return , I don’t want dejavue.

Besides he doesn’t play attractive football. There isn’t a Jim and Nahki at the club!

I very much doubt he would want to come back and generally I am against going back but looking at who is available and who we are linked with not in a job then I would persuade him to come back

 

It’s the same with old players.

I’m struggling to think anyone other than Bobby Campbell was a terrific homecoming??

I wonder if other clubs have this same sort of mindset amongst the fans. Boboy being Bobby it's no surprise he was the exception to the rule, a once in a lifetime player.
