I don't think Parky coming back would work. What he had and what he did was so special that it would be virtually impossible to replicate short of winning the league in a 1984/ 85 style. Let's leave the past where it belongs and move forward.

 

I dont think it's a love in just a very strong rumour that is circulating, I though Ryan would announce the successful candidate last night on WYSD but maybe he will announce both our new man in charge and season ticket prices together, who ever it is I hope they are given a decent welcome presentation not like the Bowyer debacle where the guy was sat alone.

Wellens is apparently 2nd favourite to take over at Doncaster, who according to my Donny mate is revered as much as McCall is here. They’d love him to come back, but he’s the only one of 3 targets identified who is out of work.

I wouldn't take no notice of the bookies, i do find it odd theres no market for city managers though.

To me it seems really odd to sack some managers then offer them roles if someone isn’t already in the door. Taking a gamble on trying to get Adams has way too many risks. What happens if both adams and Morecambe want too much compo? Or adams deciding he wants to stay in L1, if they do of course.

for me it has to be wellens or tisdale. It would be poor by sparks if we sack them with a replacement in mind that we don’t already have.
