You see this is where Ifollow have got it wrong. I may be in a small minority, but generally it's not the money, it's the time I can't afford to go to away matches. So in most cases I would be happy to pay my £10, or maybe even as much as the price of an away ticket, to watch on Ifollow. These would be matches I would NEVER be attending, so someone, be it the clubs or the league, is missing out on my £10-20. There must be thousands like me across the country. The away matches I would go to, I will still go regardless of whether I can watch on ifollow or not

New Years day games can be easily streamed without the need of a VPN. Sod them, £27 is a joke. Pay it and it will keep going up.
I have seen Accrington Stanley have increased prices for Bradford, Notts County and Tranmere Rovers by £5 across the board except for under 12s. £25 to stand on an open terrace that turns from concrete to metal near the back. They can feck off tbh, which is a shame because it's not a bad away day.Bantam-in-Greece, borderlescott, Bronco and 1 other person like this. -

Ridiculous number for L2 football. The Twenty's Plenty campaign doesn't seem to get the traction it should.
Some EFL clubs take the mick with it. Leeds are the highest ticket in the EFL with their away games split into CAT A & B with a Cat A away following having to pay £47 a ticket, B is £45. Only 2 championship clubs charge £20 a ticket in Cardiff & Hull. The EFL need to do something about ticket prices. I wonder if the new TV deal that comes into play next season will force their hands? Given EFL games are going to be on TV far far more often than they currently are.Jayteebee, Botswana Bantam and elleb like this. -

Yet they sit in the play offs while we fester in league 2 for years to come. Who’s the winner?

I agree with @Loyalbantam. Clubs have the right to charge what they want, as long as they don't break any rules, and if the customer deems it too expensive then just vote with your feet. I buy fish paste because I can't afford caviar.

For those moaning about the people moaning about the price (note the irony) - it's perfectly acceptable to discuss and debate ticket prices, especially those that seem too high.
Whilst you're correct that those who deem it too expensive can simply just not go and/or watch it on iFollow, that's besides the point. We shouldn't just bend over backwards and accept whatever price clubs choose to charge us because 'they can legally charge what they like'. We as supporters have a right to speak out and make our points if we don't agree. If you're happy with paying £27 for League Two match at Crewe - absolutely fine - but understand some people aren't ok with that as we feel as though we're being ripped off and unfairly charged.
It's not necessarily about affordability - we could all afford a pint of beer at some point during the season if they were suddenly hiked to £10 per pint in VP - doesn't mean we should just 'accept it' because the club can 'choose to price it this way' and not voice our concerns/disagreement with the pricing.
To summarise, it is unfair to chastise your fellow supporters for disagreeing with what we're being charged.CRASS, Lepton Bantam and Wakefield Bantam like this. -
All they’ll do is put up their already extortionate subscription cost and drive even more people to buy a black market firestick. For the price of one month of Sky you are getting 12 months of city - home AND away, and every Champions League game and whatever PL game you want via Bein, on a firestick.
Those at the top are thick if they think continuing the 3 pm Saturday blackout is good for the sport. We live in a digital age, yet neanderthals run the league. Get with the times FFS. -
I don't imagine fire sticks need Amazon support or updates for whatever software that is used on them currently for iptv to continue to work. Amazon can't just brick the device when it comes to its end of life.

Boycott it. Only way to teach them a lesson. BTW Thought there was a rule that away fans cannot be charged more than home fans?

Why shut people who down who question overly excessive ticket prices? Let's flip the lid - If the price is ok for you - then don't comment on a thread that is calling out excessive ticket prices.Bronco and Gardscoigne like this. -
