You do realise this situation isn’t going to get any better as it stands?

 

I'm not entirely sure it's 22%, I had lunch with someone who was very involved in the take over today and he suggested the figure that Rahic has invested was circa 250k. He also said that we are now looking for yet another accountant as the last 3 have now walked away from him (in the last 2 years). It's all hearsay but he did say it's a very amateur set up and commented that Harrogate Town are run better than we are.

 

Get the right guy in charge and a decent squad and our fan base will back you to the hilt. The fans are pissed because we could see what was going to happen. This should never have happened, we are now witnessing the aftermath.

 

I sincerely hope so but we’ll just be stumbling from one disaster to another while Rahic is calling the shots. Let’s face it we’re pretty much screwed, I can’t see any quick solution to this

 

At the moment I'd be happier with literally anybody who's got the cash and wants to buy it than the current jokers we've got.

 

haha.. gibb and tordoff - tordoff wanted the players on a heavy bonus scheme for their wages in the 80s. god knows what he’d want now. who are the others?

 

The thing is Rog, it is not a question of who is a negative or positive. Every single one of our fans no matter which side of the argument they sat on wanted this shambles to materialise. We all wanted to be talking about the team and players and how good they all were. I didn’t become a fan/supporter to discuss the ownership of the club. I just wanted my team to do well, as everyone else does.

 

Do you have any idea how much (approximately) Mr. and Mrs. Rahic are taking as salaries as the figure I was told was pretty much the size of the investment quoted above.

 

I was in the Legends Suite today as a treat for my youngest's birthday.

They had George Sykes-Kenworthy and some of the other youngsters answering questions before the game. George said that he had worked with Micky last season in the youth / development team and it wasn't about results, results didn't matter, it was about personal development.

But I think that says a lot in itself...coming from an environment where the result isn't the key element to a League 1 pressurised environment at a big club where results are key....a completely different environment to which he should not have been exposed to so early in a coaching career.

 

Only what it is rumoured to be, nothing to back it up but I've heard the same as most that they both take home 6 figure salaries

 

Well,,if results don't matter, we're going to be relegated to oblivion...
