Apparently they haven't built the loyalty scheme into the web site as it is stopping at the end of the season and tthey have decided it wouldn't be needed for any more games this season

 

Give over - Salford away? We only get about 1100 tickets, surely they’re not saying it won’t be needed?
Unless they have a workaround for it

Just having a mess about on the new system. One thing that appears an issue at this stage and I'm sure it's not finalised yet is the reallocation of a ticket to someone else. When I put 2 in the basket I can't assign one to my daughter which is what I would do should I be buying a ticket so we both get "points" as required.

 

Yep, unless you do it at the review stage? But on the My basket the resaign option is there but doesn't seem to do anything

 

Can someone screenshot where exactly the points show in your account? Maybe my account hasn't fully migrated but I can't seem to find it anywhere?

If it’s not there then you are effectively on zero points.

First impression of the new ticketing system is poor. I know it’s not finished but the look and feel is clunky.

Friends and family won’t transfer - you need to do that manually.
Customer number and surname only

As for points, who knows. A couple of us have asked where they can be found, but those saying they have had them applied haven’t answered so not sure if they’re on the wind up or not

 

I think the look of the new site is dependent on your points score, which reflects how important of a person you are.

When I logged on I got the message "welcome Sir" gold stars floated around the page and my points balance (14,750) was in bold letters.

There was also a message stating that, because of my points tally, no transaction fees would apply and I would get 10% cashback on all subsequent purchases.

 

I know from when I've bought concert tickets that Ticketmaster doesn't like you using a VPN. Don't know if this is the case with you, hope you get it sorted.

I was jesting about the points. They aren’t there yet, that’s if they ever will be.
We await announcement from the club that Ticketmaster platform doesn’t support this feature and it will be back to camping out overnight. lol

 

Just registered quite easily and only had to pay £22.50 admin fee-bargain.

 

On the FAQ it says the points will transfer over after account activation so I’d expect them some point over the weekend.

bigger issue I would say is lack of ability to assign tickets to others in your friends and family
