I was one of many who got my card details nicked when we had to use them for one of the Wembley trips. Luckily I didn't end up losing anything.

I thought it was TicketZone that ripped off card details for the League cup final.

It'll be interesting to see how much they charge to process on-line tickets going forwards.

Paid £7.40 fees on an £18.00 concert ticket a couple of weeks ago.

Fans won't need to contact Ticketmaster, the club will still be the point of contact for issues with ticketing and the club will have an account manager at Ticketmaster so it'll be totally different to when you buy tickets for Leeds arena etc, the only change for fans will be a new URL, new layout of the website and different booking fees depending on what we've negotiated with them.

Great. Just got used to the existing system, now all change and no doubt higher fees

Call me tight but I never pay the online fees unless I’m going to miss out on tickets. 4 tickets x £1.50 per ticket. £6 quid - 20 times a season that’s £120 in fees. Call up the ticket office and order them over the phone. That’s the Yorkshire man in me !

I claimed compensation from Ticketmaster after buying music tickets and my credit card was scammed.

If that’s the case, then that’s one concern alleviated.
    Second one is cost.
If it’s the same or cheaper - fair enough
Third is friends and family, loyalty points etc…..
If that carries across seamlessly then no complaints

Same. I'll just get them while running errands, unless I think they'll sell out before the priority bands expire

Ticketmaster are known to be a complete rip-off when it comes to transaction fees. Lets just hope this isn't yet another ill thought-out scheme where the fans are financially penalised

It will be comedy gold when LoyalBantam gets all his loyalty points wiped off and can't get tickets for Salford.

It might seem a daft question but why change NOW at the end of the season,
Rather than bring in the new stuff for next season 2024-25?

There shouldn't be any issues with the system moving over as they do it all of the time, as Stafford Bantam posted earlier Ticketmaster are the largest ticketing provider within the 92 and that is growing so they know what they are doing. The people at Ticketmaster that will be looking after us will be from the Ticketmaster Sport division of the company so they are specialists in sport.
Once the website is up live (I'd expect it to be https://www.eticketing.co.uk/bradfordcityafc) it should be a simple case of activating your account with membership number/email and your account should be ready to go.
