It might not be done at an individual level though, I imagine there’ll be a cut over at a set time or date.
So one account being set up doesn’t trigger their details being moved across.
All speculation mind

 

Hopefully they don't wait for everyone to register before migrating all the details otherwise hell could freeze over first

 

As previous people have mentioned mine has not migrated any information from previous system. Also no option to purchase & my address is incorrect.
Might take some time to update.

weirdly though I seem to have more points than before, not sure what I had before but dont think it was 5235

 

Spot on mate, me too, I seemed to have gained 250 bonus points

 

I was really surprised to find I had 12500 points on the new system.

I can’t find the loyalty points section at all

You’ve done well to get 5235 - I’m at the higher end and only on 2600 and a bit I think (old site has closed so can’t check)

 

I haven't been to a game for 3 1/2 years yet I find myself credited with 4825 points?

 

Does any club that use Ticketmaster have a loyalty scheme with points?

 

I have an extra 2,500 points. Great stuff

 

Have they been adding on points dependent on how long we’ve been season ticket holders perhaps?
