You do need to go with someone as looking at a post you sent a bit back you'll end up arguing with yourself

    Its possible.

But if your minimum comment implies they might achieve autos, it's a no from me. They were light years behind Barnsley.

I really thought they were poor. Passed it well in midfield but it got them nowhere and they created next to nothing from open play all game. Their only chances came from good set piece delivery.

Defensively poor too, Miller had their CBs on toast early on and we created more today than in any other game all season, which was down to their poor defensive play rather than anything fantastic from us.

If they are what will finish in the top 6 this season I'm even more angry at Edin as this will have been a massive opportunity missed.

I’ve said it before if Jim O’Brien is an insight into that Hopkin is signing the players we will be fine come January

You can't, but you can certainly make up enough excuses to make up for it.

They were away from home after all?

Not going to go to ground and dominate week in week out. I felt once they settled in miller didn’t get a sniff.

I’m just going by quality they have alone will get
Them well up there. They have it in Abundance for this league.

I'm inclined to say Portsmouth for their defensive capability, but it could be Peterborough.

Scunthorpe will trouble the top five too.

Peterborough got beat 4/0 at home today.... why them over Sunderland?

I do think they will be up there but play offs for me. With Portsmouth. Top two for Barnsley and Sunderland. Scunny will probably get in play offs. Agreed

With that sort of squad they should be aiming for auto's no less, and I thought they look a workmanship side but not over impressed again, to be honest until they scored I thought we shaded the game.

Let's not hammer Sunderland when we're an extremely poor side.

This league was always there for the taking but as soon as Edin made his excuses we had no bloody chance.

Wonder what excuse about budget etc Edin will make next year.

Saying that we could be in division 2 then.

For those talking about the penalty, see highlights here:

    https://www.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/football/teams/bradford-city/11519866/bradford-1-2-sunderland

The ball was very much still in play when Power kicked out. Soft IMO, but correct decision by the letter of the law (on both counts - the red card and so the penalty).

If the ball had gone out of play before the incident, say for a corner, he’d have been sent off but the restart would have been the corner.

Still can’t believe Payne didn’t hit the penalty rebound in first time. Yes it came back at him quickly but surely he could have got over the ball enough to at least scramble it in? Can’t decide if Maja handled it for the first goal.

Bookies have us at third favourites for relegation.
To avoid it needs money spending in January, where that comes from is anyone’s guess.

I’m positive his arm was by his side and the ball hit his arm/side/back. It definitely wasn’t his chest. He had time to move his body so as it hit his arm handball. In my opinion of course
