Nobody knows. The problem now, which we cannot avoid, is the speculation. If that gets into a players head we have problems!

Don’t really agree with that. Another good season with us and things might be different next summer. But I don’t think anybody will meet our valuation

 

I can't see him going anywhere before next season and only then if we don't get promoted.
I think Barnsley have just tested the water with a frivolous offer that they hoped we might take. They only offered £400,000 for Luke Bolton at Salford (which was turned down) so they won't have offered us the same or more for Lewis, which would be the kind of figure to at least put them in the ball-park................Not happening!

We have 4 strikers plus the juniors. That's sufficient unless some move on.

 

No where near enough.. Cooky won’t do what he did last season I predict 15-18, Harrogate lad will get between 8-9 and Smith less than 5. Telling you now it will be goals again as our main issue. We will be scratching our arses in May 2024 thinking where did it go wrong the answer is goals. Simply don’t have enough even with what we had added.

 

It’s not the number of players it’s the quality that’s the issue … Cooky will be the only one that reaches over 10 plus. It’s not enough
