Judging by the amount of clubs he’s been linked with over the last year, I’d say his agent his desperate for him to move. We could do with finding out if he shares the agents feelings if so I’d cancel the offer and get on with finding the replacement.

 

Mark Beevers and Jorge Grant are both on the transfer list.

Why? His job is the tout Watt about and get him the best deal possible. DMAC is a loudmouth - and his supporters absolutely love him for it. As long as he didn't specify confidential information such as wage demands etc then don't see any issue. Hes just talking about players they were linked with.

 

I’d say they’re probably out of our budget but would love Grant. Christy Pym would likely have been one I’d assume

 

Beevers is 32 now. I see him more realistic than Grant. Don't think at his age he can command big wages anymore.

Grant is only 27,. hitting his prime years and has had some very good returns goal wise at Notts County and Lincoln. Thats a difficult one but if Posh are prepared to pay him off to get off the books then its only improbable, not impossible imo. He would be a cracking signing. I imagine plenty of L1 suitors though.

 

Ryan East already signed....thats the word from Simon Parker.

 

I dont think he would be even thinking about building a squad thats not ready to go up and stay up. If he felt they weren't good enough he would be shifting them on or handing out one year contracts.

I think it would be a good move for Watt, Peterborough have a good track record of developing any talent a player might have lurking.

Well him and Grant are on the transfer list, Posh want to move them on so can only assume the two unidentified players DMAC has offered Sparks are them two. Possibly.

I wouldn't rule out a loan with us covering majority of wages.

 

Not particularly comfortable on the ball. Not sure that's going to work for MH.

 

DMAC did say one of the players was a goal scorer from the U23s, so rules out one of them. And their U23S had 5 scoreless outings at the end of the season, so cant be that prolific, probably DMAC being a salesman.

Could be Andrew Oluwabori? Young winger they signed after a trial last summer, played as a striker all season in the U23s and scored a few. Had a brief loan at Boreham wood but only had a few minutes off the bench. He was on the bench for Poshs last game of the season. As i say, DMAC is a salesman, hypes up all the lads on his books as well as the lads he signs and makes out they are stroming the windows, but never ends up that way.

I agree. Anybody who saw him haul down Hanson when we beat Millwall 4-0 in the 2015 FA Cup replay would have reservations about signing him, I would have thought.

 

If his agent wasn't touting round for interest, he wouldn't be doing his job.
