Songo has only returned resently we lost Angol who was looking good, not seen anything of Eisa yet and we 3rd in the league after playing teams Exeter, Mansfield, Stevenage, Orient who many would fancy being there or there abouts come the end of the season.
Lincoln missed out in the play offs to become a Championship side, watching tonight you could see why, clinical infront of goal that being the main difference, we played some decent stuff but once again we're poor in the final third.
In the greater scheme of things is the Papa John Trophy important, of course its not, 3 points come Saturday maybe some will realise there is only one goal this season and that's getting out of this god damn awful league.

I think he would have been a good signing for us he did well on loan last season and some Leeds fans are disappointed he has left but we have plenty of Midfielders

Did not say great, Said he would be a good addition, 21 years old Leeds utd Academy player of the year and on the subs bench 30 times, Gotts was primarily a right-back but was converted by Marcelo Bielsa to play as a central midfielder. Bielsa described that he had never seen a player as "dynamic" as Gotts in his career, saying that "he’s a number eight, a midfielder. He is not offensive and not defensive. He's a number eight. Played 30 games in league one and two with Lincoln and Salford, Think we let one slip by us,

 

Always find it strange when a manager of a parent club Jeep’s praise on a player but is happy for them to go on a free transfer, Leeds won’t be letting players with any decent quality leave for nothing it wouldn’t make sense. As far as I’m aware he didn’t exactly set the world alight while out on loan and like another young Leeds player by the name of Stevens started in league 1 on loan and has already had to drop a division.

 

Exactly, so the two Leeds players hailed as world beaters and worthy of a place in our squad (despite both technically playing in the same position) have now ended up at Barrow & Wrexham. Personally, I think if Adams rated them as being starters in our team he would have tried to buy them, but the fact he didn't tells me that he doesn't rate them.

At the end of the season, if we go up, it's the players that Adams signed that got us there not the players that the supporters wanted him to sign.

 

He did very well at Salford second half of the season. Would have been a good signing but we are already strong in that area

 

Barrow got money off Aston Villa?

 

You’d think Salford would have gone and got him in that case, can’t see Barrow out muscling them. From what I’ve seen of him he’s similar to Scales a nondescript academy graduate that most clubs churn out these days. But maybe he’ll improve.
