    we don't care if he doesn't score 20 goals a season as long as he's nice to his teammates haha.. sheringham and cole are the example that teammates don't have to like each other, they didn't speak through the whole time they played together at Man Utd. complete different level but the principle is the same.

    Footballers mindset has changed.

    McCall is at the level he is at as a manager because he might be still in the 80's.

    You need fighters, hungry players in your team.

    I think we need to look abroad to get players who would be desperate
    to do well in UK and have a better life style.Plenty of talent out there.

    Trouble is you have to have scouting capabilities abroad which counts us
    out!

    Why does it always have to be somebody that's been at the club?

    Mason works for Welcome to Yorkshire on about 130k..He is new to the job but they are struggling badly and I don't know what the future holds but he knew about the struggles when he joined them. I think he will be staying there. Mason has to prove his worth there. Needs to prove he can do a job like that.

    We need someone fresh, not connected to the club and someone that's going to take us forward.
