    A job Rhodes should be doing though. Why doesnt Rhodes do it? Other CEO do.

    As highlighted different times today even Liverpool and Leeds CEO communicate with the fans.

    Of course he’s a yes man, how can he not be? If you read this thread and several others, there are plenty on here questioning various aspects of the club, including our lack of strategy, Insufficient investment, whether Rupp and Rhodes are fit for purpose etc etc. Is Sparks in the position to do the same or is it his job to push a certain narrative and give the impression that we’re a well drilled club? He’ll quite understandably say nothing that brings the club or anyone associated with it into disrepute and he doesn’t exactly have a choice in the matter. The very definition of a yes man, and who can blame him?

    Because figures in are more accountable then words.

    You start putting figures about then people like @Dennis@Dennis are really good at looking into them and you can then do other things like work out revenue generated.

    Words are just words!!

    Nobody comes out of this looking good at the moment. I'm not surprised he's gone but the fact it has happened before we have a replacement lined up makes us look tinpot yet again.

    To be fair Petrov we are not party to everything that is going on behind the scenes so I would say tinpot if we have no replacement strategy in place but lets just see what comes out over the next couple of days

    Don't get me wrong, I'll be absolutely delighted if we sign a decent replacement and I will give credit where it's due if we do. However, at the moment the noises come out of the club do not fill me with any confidence that is what is going to happen so forgive me if I sound a bit p!ssed off because right now, that is how I feel.
