I think recognising the issue and dealing with it inside some 3 months was quite efficiently done to be honest but as I said Archie kept things away from the Board, even when questioned at Board meetings. Sadly he is not around to answer and I leave this here.

I would add Rochdale, Doncaster, Burton, Gillingham, Wycombe, Wimbledon, Swindon, and Crewe to that list. Quite frankly we should be in League 1 pressing for promotion to the Championship.

So simple really I don't know why people haven't thought of it before
A man of your financial means and business acumen could do all 3 jobs
    Simple
    Any reason why not ??

They have net losses of nearly £17m in the last 2 seasons , hardly sustainable on a £11.5m turnover. An over zealous club/boardroom with ego's larger than their wallets.
North West clubs Bolton & Bury with similar owners.

They won't be the last in this climate, Coronavirus will tip many a club over the edge but it is not the sole cupability.

When Portmouth were taken over in their many guises , they had a Director whom passed the test who didn't actually exsist.
To say it's not fit for purpose is an understatement.

Pretty much how I feel. I've lost all enthusiasm for it, I see no real future for us. One thought around the salary cap though; could it be a good thing? It might force us to divert more money towards scouting, coaching, training etc. Invest money where its needed and limit the options available to the club in terms of flushing money away on aging or sub-standard players. Probably grasping at straws there though...….

Agree totally. It is one thing to complain, but without a coherent alternative model, then the complaint becomes meaningless.

Does the club suggest that things continue as they are?

We have all seen the Bury’s of this world and there are still clubs like Wigan, Bolton, Macclesfield, Southend, Oldham Who have substantial financial issues and these are the ones we know about!

There needs to be mechanisms in place which are robust and prevent loopholes. However a ‘one size’ fits all solution is a crude tool, and doesn’t reflect the diverse nature, size and position of individual clubs.

The first thing you have to ask is where in Bradford would we play that would hold upward of crowds of 10,000 if we were doing well in non league, because we could not afford Valley Parade at £330,000/year, maybe whilst we playing non league we'll get a new ground and rather than train at a school we also get a new training facility, pie in the sky stuff.
If fans are pissed off with what's happend over the last few season why would they return to watch non league football I can't see one positive from losing our league status Avenue have certainly proved that starting from scratch is a good way to run your club, hence my comment.

Losing our Football League status would be the death knell for professional sport in Bradford, as yourself I can't see any positives in making a decision to go non league and building again, the mans a wum.

The loan that had already been spent on strengthening etc, so whichever way you look all the windfall was spent on the team

Fordy has this spot on and the cucks are too indoctrinated to realise they're cucked.

We're going nowhere. The very best we've got at the moment with Rupp and Rhodes is treading water. Nothing to do with Covid either, we're a proper Shit Street club and it makes me cross.

It's right though Hooch, I saw people saying Garth was a good appointment because of his experience at big clubs but that all started somewhere. It's funny that when we have someone is doing well people make a deal out of it and see it as an easy option rather than seeing it as rewarding success.

Let's not forget peoples buzzword, it's AMBITION.
