I’m not ITK but applying some logic. Because why would admin be close? To whom does the club owe so much that Stefan is willing to walk away from whatever he is still owed of his £6m investment without paying the debt? People on here with far more knowledge than me say it’s unlikely, McKeown says it’s not happening and he’s spoken with Rhodes. Relegation might well change all that.

 

What a strange comment from Juilan :The bottom line is we need to get the city back on board. There has been a breakdown for whatever reason and we have to fix that. We need to be more accessible as a club.
You are doing your consultancg on a voluntary basis, you say you have been to every home game Juilan and you quote "for whaterver reason", youre asking for fans to get onboard and pull together then tell it like it us fans are not fools.
Having said the above I'm sure all Bradford City fans hope you can pull it around and appreciate your involvement.

 

To be fair he’s not going to say Rahic has f*cked up is he? You may think that, I think that, he may think that, but it doesn’t help his job to go in all guns blazing does it? Quietly and efficiently go about fixing what needs fixing and work to get Edin out.

 

He had no need to comment at all if he was not prepared to confirm what most Bradford City fans know.

Not that strange really, it's all about diplomacy. He can't really come out and say 'Edin has completely fecked things up and I'm here to sort his sh*t out' can he?

I agree. He is just not going down the negative route. He quite rightly is looking forward, and wants to get fans moving in the right direction.

I never said he should have come out with your comment, just acknowledge it was the present incumbent that couldnt do his job was the reason he came back.

 

The one big positive for me is Julian has come in to try and turn OUR club around, as a Bradford City fan rather than viewing it as saving an investment, which is how certainly one of the owners might view it.

 

Silly? It was an extreme example used to make a point yes, but I wasn't suggesting for a minute that was what he would actually say. You still seem to be saying you think Rhodes should have acknowledged the reason he is back is because Edin can't do his job - I think that's silly.

 

I'd suggest its FACT, or why would he be back in a consultative capacity, to bounce CEO ideas off Julian ?, as he wanted to do with Phil Parkinson with regards football.

 

Of course it's fact, I don't think anyone is disputing that. What I'm saying is it is silly to suggest that is what Rhodes should have said publicly.

I may be wrong but I think he might have meant that in respect of R&R. He's in the building, we all know why, I don't think it would be helpful in anyway for him to be openly dissing them in the media. If you do, then as you say, we will have to agree to disagree.

 

I just believe if asked the question of where its gone wrong he needs to tell it like it is, and if that doesn't go down too well with Edin at least he knows where he stands, Edin's not his boss.
Julian said the other day hs felt sorry for Edin as he'd been there himself, this situation has been self inflicked on both himself Stefan and the 15,000 or so Bradford City fans because of Edins vanity let's not beat about the bush.
Its not been bad luck its been gross mismanagement.
