The consequences of the actions of what are mindless idiots who pretend to be Bantams fans does not bare thinking about.
As we stand we have been asked to answer a raft of questions by The F.A in relation to the match with Rochdale. I have provided those answers on behalf of the Club and from that The F.A. will decide what to do next. If they decide on a charge against the Club we will have to defend it in another forum, probably a Hearing at Wembley. If punishment is decided to fall on us that could vary from a rap on the knuckles to a heavy fine (which we can't afford) or a points deduction which would undo all the great work done by David, his team and the lads on the pitch over the last weeks (also something we can't afford).
Comments have been made elsewhere about the quality of the Stewards at Rochdale and I would be hard pushed to disagree but that has no bearing on the actions of a minority. This is why it is very important those responsible are identified and brought to book so we can take the right steps to rid our Club of them.
I hope, as we said yesterday in the media, all right minded Bantams fans can help us.

Yes strange that the authorities at Barnsley said there would be sniffer dogs on patrol and I don't think there was any disruption with regards smoke bombs, just the football that spoilt the day .
We don't want these morons at games maybe one way to catch them is to say nothing with regards sniffer dogs and let them turn up then allow the dogs to do there jobs.

I was down at that end of the ground where the trouble was. There was no bother in the first half. Just usual banter between our fans and the Rochdale yoof. That all changed when our schooligans came to that end of the stand for the second half. As soon as we scored in went a smoke bomb to the Rochdale end which set the whole tit for tat throwing of smoke bombs and plastic bottles. The stewarding was terrible. There was three or four of them trying to control the situation. More arrived later but it was only when the GMP arrived that anyone was arrested or ejected. If there had been a couple of GMP's finest in that end of the ground from the start of the second half I doubt there would have been half as much aggro as there was
