    The thing that I want to see happen in the summer is an overhaul of the fitness and medical department the number of serious soft tissue injuries is way more than it should be and the length of recuperation. Also we don’t seem to have coped as well as some clubs with the amount of fixtures which makes you wonder about the general fitness.

    Didn't a 36 year old lead is to Wembley twice within a couple of months? Also when we were in the prem, the fittest player we had was a 36 year old full back and think Kammy was 36 when he was the fittest on our books.

    Would keep all 5 teenagers that have been in the squad. Let's give them a good chance to see what they can develop to.

    I remember some age limit being quoted in the passed because of resale value etc but cant remember who brought it in.

    I'd keep Sam Hornby as a player, and Donaldson on the coaching staff. The rest remain unproven, mediocre or past their sell by date.
