I think Sparks has the right ideas but the whole non playing side is full of rookies. I’m expecting him to make a few mistakes before hopefully getting it right. One thing I’d like to see and mentioned numerous times by Kiwomya is a higher intensity warm up. We’ve started games far too slowly and often not until half time.

 

We're behind many clubs in many ways. Sparks himself is saying it and has said it before. He's been quite candid about it, so fair play to him. Of course it can be put right - we just seem completely inept at righting wrongs, which is why we hang around the bottom half of the arse end of professional football in this country.

Change what you like Ryan, but the only serious change that will give us any chance of promotion is to move T&S back to the youth set up and bring in a new manager who appreciates the need for a midfield leader who can personally change a game with his leadership.

As long as we have no onfield sergeant major we are going nowhere.

 

Agree on the last point sadly it’s down to the club to deliver an entertaining product which will engage fans, something which has been a constant failure for 4 seasons on the trot. Until they prove otherwise I don’t hold out much hope either. But as Rogered says it’s about far more than the 90 minutes and that often ruins the day, but I miss a good day out on a Saturday more than anything.

Signings/off the pitch progress have to happen first showing real intent in the transfer market is the only way to tempt the waverers
Bradford fans have and will always respond to a good team/performance that's what's desperately needed now otherwise your estimate may well be true

I’d like Park to be right on this and people flock back but I think he’s in for a rude awakening. Our season ticket sales have only gone one way since 2018 and that was before a pandemic that has hit many families hard and unfortunately taken many lives, then add to that our lowest finish in 9 years with some pretty drab football and I don’t know how you can have any other conclusion than the current trend continuing.

My personal guess would be 8,000.

well what ever the serious changes are, lets hope it brings a big upturn in results and the performances on the pitch , which have been awfull, even when we have won,

 

If we do not keep Trueman/Sellars in a job, that’s two decisions in around 7/8 months Sparks has had to go back.

Sparks is saying the right things..it seems as if he gets it. Hopefully he follows through on his words.

 

I don't need to read something again, just answer the question. Sparks has admitted we are behind clubs in our own division in various guises, hence the reason he's trying to improve the situation.

 

We can blame Rahic for a lot of things but for it to take this long to realise we are behind on sports science for one since Parky left is criminal. So poor
