I hate it when people say this manager needs 2 transfer windows. Do you think that we can afford or will afford to get quality players in?

For me we do have to see changes quickly, we need to see increased attacking play, we need to see effort, we need to see fight, we nee to see high press. You can't just say we need more transfer windows as can next Jan then what? Rebuild again with a new manager- too late!

McCakl does need time but he has to show he can kick us on again and make a difference.

In my head I want to see changes now. I am not having him complaining we have a big squad but need practice matches to see the players because for the last 4 games he's named near ebough the same squad.

For me we need to give him at least until Oct/Nov but if it's not working a decision needs to be made quickly. We can't be messing about like we did with Bowyer when many people knew he had to go.
