Give it a year, in Fordys case about 2 weeks, and loads will be calling for his sacking. Width of a post will launch a save our Stuart campaign and the cycle will begin again.

He's made some poor decisions but I couldn't imagine he would of signed any these losers

 

He signed Reeves and McCarten

 

Before the recent results he signed Novak and Middleton as well

Maybe just maybe it’s not always simple as a manager is clueless, and that extends to Bowyer who actually has a promotion and is respected at other clubs. Maybe if the club wasn’t run by clueless idiots and maybe if we had proper scouting systems and coaching systems we might just give managers the opportunity to thrive. Or we can just carry on as we are and keep sacking managers who are handicapped as soon as they come through the door.

My boss is a Sunderland season ticket holder, and he puts their upturn in form under the same manager down to two things. Firstly Parky has been allowed to bring in his own fitness coach, and secondly get a bad apple out of the camp. These things don’t seem game changing but obviously they do make a difference, teams don’t just dramatically change over night. Good or bad there’s usually reasons for it.

They were in before he was announced. Show me a quote where Stuart signed or was even part of signing them.
