Sack the manager

If the next manager is stubborn and only gets mediocre performances from a league two team do we sack him after 5 games as well? Genuine question.

Point is it's not about 4 managers in a season it's about RESULTS! It's about winning football matches! It's about creating an identity!

It's right for Bowyer to be questioned because he's been poor as a manager at Bradford City so far and he needs to start producing urgently!

 

We're slightly different to Man Utd. I think that's part go the problem, you don't seem to recognise this. We're a regressive league 2 team whose problems run deeper than that managers office. That is not to say that Bowyer can't be questioned but does sacking him solve anything?

No. It's about 4 managers in a season. If 5-15 games is the criteria then that is the repercussion. Is that something you're willing to accept or do you even acknowledge that the ship takes time to turn around.

If we hadn't put up with poor results in PP's poor spell we'd probably have been non-league now. If you get the right man (and I'm not for a minute saying that Bowyer is that man) then you sometimes can't focus on short term results.

 

It doesn't matter if it's a PL, Championship, Div 1, Div 2, non league or Sunday league football has the same common goal. WINNING!

It's a results business and if the manger isn't gaining results then he will be under pressure!

Learn to accept it because it's never going to change.

Weirdly. Theres slightly higher expectations of winning at Man Utd and Real Madrid than there is (or should be for any sane person) at a league two team who have been going backward for 3 seasons.

 

Not really, think many Utd fans understand they're the second club in Manchester now and are behind Liverpool.

Madrid are behind Barca.

The problems are the managers acting clueless and not beating clubs they should be beating. Again this is no different at Bradford City or any other club.

I'm talking about this season. What's the point in looking at last years results, In a different league with a different team.

 

Because you look at a managers stats from they they joined. Again it's always been the bloody case and always will be.

Town ex manager wasn't sacked because of 3 games. It was because of 1 win from 19 which includes last season and we all know Town were nearly down when he joined. Tough!
