    Who is your source?

    I highly doubt Bowyer who still thinks we can stay up and is trying to bring in togetherness has said he wants to only keep 4-6 players knowing that 15-16 players are under contract and the season isn't over. All he has done since being here is praise players and try to give some a second chance.

    He isn't coming across as a Hopkin.

    Yes, he will want new players and yes he will want to rebuild but fist thing is first to make sure Rupp backs him and spends money.

    Park, posted on another comment last week that was told 3 possible CF had already been identified by GB so pretty sure this will be one of his top priorities :thumbup:

    There's a surprise you questioning things Fordy! No I think you are wrong on this one mate, GB has already come out in the press saying plans for next season are well underway and discussions taking place. I can totally believe he has now earmarked only 4 to 6 he would ideally like to keep but its also why I said the rest will depend on their attitude to leaving and them receiving an alternative offer. Are you seriously trying to tell me that there wont have already been discussions with players/agents etc re next season?

    Certainly can’t see him struggling to get another club after his stint at Bradford. Am I right in thinking he came as a free agent? Quite impressive if that was the case. That celebration in front of the Kop against Shrewsbury when Bally got the winner still puts a smile on my face

    It will be a costly exercise getting rid of some. But hopefully pride and the need to further their career will push them along. I wonder if we will try and sign Ball

    Like you and Fordy I am not totally convinced on Ball, had so many games where he has had little influence but also have the feeling if GB can turn round the culture at the club he could be one of those who might really benefit. Whether he has any intention of staying with us in Lge 2 of course is another matter, even if we do consider keeping him

    Purely on his size is my guess. The others we have to choose from this season are small in comparison. Sadly although he's physically bigger than the other lads, hes not any good. At all.
