Meaningless survey without it being linked directly to the people it impacts. 1 season ticket number should entitle you to one survey participation.

 

It just shows once again how lucky we are as fans

 

@Fordy is right on this one, Doing these surveys is only a front for wasting time and keeping any refunds a little longer in the bank, The club should offer each season ticket holder a refund or a donation of the refund to the club or the Burns unit, It is the right thing to do and the club should stop faffing around and organise it

 

Just contact Ryan Sparks for answers to your questions. Stop bleating on about it and make a positive move to feed your hunger for the clubs financial position.

Yes it could be more than my £30+ and I dont have a problem with any fan wanting their money back it nothing to do with me, Rupp as owner needs to finance the club going forward, but if my £30+ helps make sure next season and many following seasons happen then I am happy to allow the club to keep it.

Not sure what the need for a survey was. They have ignored it anyway and offered all options. It was quite simple but seems to me we have dragged it out to see where we are for next season

The correct way. Well done to the club. Although this is what they are legally obliged to do. Which begs the question, what was the point of that survey? Would they have been offering refunds if the percentages hadn’t been in their favour?..Of course they would, they have to.

Bet he also struggles to get a refund for a season ticket that he never even bought in the first place...

 

Received a refund of £65.20 for two season tickets this morning.

 

I'm not sure anyone's mentioned a full refund, just a partial one for the games not played. I won't be asking but have no problem with anyone that does, I don't know other peoples financial situations. Mine is very tight but not to the poi t where I need the money but some might.

 

Just a reminder. Bradford City is not a charity, It shouldn’t be treating customers any different to any other leisure company.

The club should be contacting each customer and exploring options. Refund, credit voucher or forgetting about it.

90% of fans would probably just give the money up, I would, but then I’m not a ST holder, so not really in a position to say.

 

The club has been paying wages of a few thousand pounds a week for the last few years, the CEO is worth a few million as is the owner. Anyone wanting a refund no matter how small are more than entitled to it, especially for the shite we've been served up for the last couple of years.

 

Posted on another thread it should be offered by the club and not presume that no one wants one. And I am sure they will offer it.
It’s ok saying it’s only 32 quid but to someone who goes at the minute that could be a lot with the situation we’ve got with unemployment etc.

@Fordy117 if you don’t know the financial situation is bleak for any football club then I can’t help you. Why do the club need to say it? We have been assured Rupp will fill the void and we can only take them at their word. It’s obvious there will be a big black hole in everyone’s finances.

 

The difference between FGR and City is that FGR's owner is a football guy who wants to use his cash for his hobby. Rupp is a businessman who thought he was investing in a good deal so it's to his credit that he is standing by us in this (and other) crises.
