As I have stated previously I will be applying for my refund and will then be giving it to a charity covering Leukemia and Lymphomas.

Bradford City is not a charity and 14000 X £20 (or whatever the number is) is a chunk of change to charities starved of income right now.

If everyone took the refund and donated it to charity that would be welcome news rather than increasing the profits (and your waist line) of Whetherspoons.

Presumably, the collected ST money was in the season 19/20 budget to pay the wages of the players and staff for the season. The majority have been furloughed with the government picking up the tab so that money should be still there in the club's coffers. The club don't have to magic this money from Rupp, it exists in our accounts.

Think I’m going to claim my refund and donate to Bradford City Disability FC, a group of lads and lasses who actually have a bit of passion to play in claret and amber.

But surely not a total refund? Things are tight enough for the lower league clubs as it is. I'll make sure that I'm in the queue for a season ticket next season a.s.a.p..

£25 might not be a lot to you but that could be a week's worth of food for someone who has lost their job, been on 80% salary or waiting in the benefits merry-go-round due to this virus. I get the point that this is money already spent but the situation has now changed and people's circumstances may have changed dramatically. Perhaps it's a family of 4 season ticket holders so could be up to a hundred pounds of very welcome cash.

I'm not sure what the terms and conditions are for the season tickets but if people are entitled to a refund then the club need to make that clear. Many will not take up the option. I'm in a fortunate position where I could write it off and I suspect there will be a lot of similar people too.

Shouldn't be too tricky to set something up on the ticket website where people can log in and opt for their choice of refund, write the money off, claim a voucher, enter a raffle or whatever the options are.

Under normal circumstances who would put money into City at the moment. Rupp could have just walked away and written off his bad investment at the word of Rahic. He stayed, even with all the problems that the Club has. Surely you can cut him some slack for that!

    I love sweeping judgemental statements.

The economy is a disaster and it's going to get worse. Millions have lost money, an estimated 6.5 million jobs will be lost full stop.

Every little helps for people in the worst situations - if you're topping up the pittance you'll receive on benefits, you might be more focused on the future of food on your table rather than the future of a professional football club backed by a multi-millionaire.

I certainly would be looking for the club to allow me to take a refund and I would not be donating it back to Bradford City. There are many, many organisations that need donations right now and a professional sport club does not and should not come very high on anybody list. I will take the refund and donate where I choose.

    link to the survey.

    https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/BV9QNCM

I’m not a season ticket holder, so I won’t take the survey.

But I’m not sure a public survey is the answer. It should be up to each individual holder to decide what they want to do with their money. E-mail everyone with the options, give a cut off date for responses, no response and it’s the club’s responsibility. Extra admin, admittedly, but it’s not that much extra work, most people won’t respond anyway. A survey that anyone can fill in isn’t the answer.

Not sure you can define a "Real" City supporter by the depth of their pockets we are living in hard times with redundancies/ firms closing down on a daily basis fans will be more concerned how to keep a roof over their head and put food on the table rather than protecting Mr Rupps investment
which incidentally it's reported he is more than capable of doing himself
We are all City fans at heart don't know how many tickets were sold and what any refund due would be do you have a total refund figure ??
Perhaps whatever is not refunded could be used to aid team strengthening ON TOP of our transfer budget

Watching the likes of Bradford City you realise how precious the few good times have been over the years, I'd love us to be more successful but during my time it's not always been about the football I've met some great characters, I wont said "I wouldnt have changed a thing" because I would one being Big Geoffs 6 weeks of madness, and Julian & Mark not being able to finance us further it would have been interesting just how far we could have gone under that era.

Because you felt that this From @Bronco@Bronco was a ‘Good Post’! https://bantamtalk.com/index.php?threads/refund.3940/page-9#post-363814If a fan just wants to see sexy football and a bigger ratio of wins then Bradford City should not be their choice, and for me personally the team you support should be the nearest Town, City you live in, I really have little time for Essex boys who support Man Unt etc,“.
The nearest Town, City that you live in, which has a Premiership/EFL team is Hull. Or do you now think it wasn’t such a good past?

You've missed out the start my post with this : I'd say a real Bradford City fan is someone who has stuck by their team through good times and bad, be that an old timer as many who post on here or fans who only started recently.

    You little devil you .
