After the hysteria has settled the truth has always been there regarding who and what we currently are. Lewis had a good season, his stock dipped after this season but Carlisle think there is something to work on. Same scenario with Jake Young, it's why I'm not bothered if he goes, we would get an offer based on his half season success, that value might not be the same in 6 months. And with Rupp offering no extra backing, Sparks has effectively given Alexander some wiggle room to bring in a couple of players that he might see as being pivotal.

That situation could be eased by sending all the loan players back it wouldn't save a fortune but we don't require them get them off our wage bill.

 

Someone posted he went without a pay off, well never know but one thing during that interview with Sam Allardyce he didn't share the club opinion of sacking him which isn't a suprise but to his credit he didn't bad mouth/slag the club off.
