Set up a scheme where you ask 1,000 supporters to invest £1,000 in return for a share in the club and then we will talk. Like others have said any benefit from a fans ‘transfer fund’ will only head back to Germany just like the McBurnie bonus money.

Assuming value of 2 million, minimum investment of £1000 would require 2000 fans to buy VP.
I’d say that’s achievable.

Rupp paid 5 million for the club on the brink of the Championship, I’d say it’s worth half that now.
But assuming Rupp wants his money back and is willing to sell for 5million, do we have 1000 fans who would invest £5000 to buy the club?

Seven years left on a £350k a year lease, plus the almost guaranteed inevitability of the lease being renewed. That’s a minimum £5m I’d say.

Well if we’re still in league 2 or worse in 7 years I’d say it’s inevitable that we tell them where they can shove VP rather than sign another lease. Call their bluff. Advise them what a landfill site in BD8 might be worth without Bradford City as a tenant

Whatever the owner decides it is. He's under no pressure to sell so he sets the price.

 

The alternative is finding £40m and a site to build a new stadium. Unless they are serious on that, and can show serious progress towards it, flamingo land have the upper hand.
