I'm no Psychologist, but I believe McCartans issues are mentally draining him.

Shay was a big fish in a small pool, where his deficiencies were often overlooked, and is now very much a small fish in a larger pool. As a result, he is struggling to step up because of his inability to cope with the mental strength needed to achieve this step up. He needs to understand the work place is not a threat to his career, it's his mentality which will threaten that.

 

Not sure I agree with that Ronnie.

He is the T&A backing Grayson, doesn’t sound like he wants away to me. I like him, I don’t think we have seen anything like the best of Shay, yet with the right support he will be just fine.

 

I read that report this morning - and yes, he likes SG ..... But it's Shay who needs to step up, hopefully SG is the mouth he listens to ? Personally ? I'd like to see the lad SHINE !!
