It is a relief for the Tory membership not having to choose between a Lesbian or a Hindu. Would have seen a few off!!

You do realise he was a millionaire BEFORE he met his wife don't you? He worked for Goldman Sachs.

There's a very, very big difference between being a millionaire hedge fund manager and a billionaire husband of an heiress. The former is not all that remarkable, least not among Tory MPs, the second makes him the richest PM of all time.

The question is why does someone so obscenely rich want to spend their time stressing over running a country?

Strange that you found you had to make a comment on that. Wonder why?

Obviously not all of them, but some certainly are.

But I don't necessarily think that's why so few voted for Sunak.
I suspect that many of them voted for Truss because they liked her loopy extreme free market promises.

Also, many of them are big 'Boris' fans and saw Sunak as sticking the knife in when he resigned.

I suspect that there are now a lot of very pissed off Tory Party members now that they've had Sunak foisted upon them so soon after soundly rejecting him. It wouldn't surprise me to see quite a lot of membership resignations now

It will then give Farage, the fascists pin-up boy, the opportunity to invent another tin-pot party.

Not strange at all. I called you out for lying with your implication that some posters on here had been racist toward Sunak.

I will apologise if you can find such racist posts, but I won't hold my breath

The thing is, I wasnt implying that people had been racist. I was implying that certain posters are clearly racist and dont do a good job of hiding it. However on that note Ive seen posts get removed by mods that are clearly racist. One in the past 7 days on this thread. Hardly a lie at all.

Always come from the tory side of the forum as well.

I'm sure that comment could be used with regards any political party, would you make the same claim with regards the Labour supporters who dare to vote to leave the EU because of free movement.

Would you have preferred a full blown reselection of a the new Tory leader as with the last one that lasted months with the full membership having their input, the way the situation is at this present moment.
