Well it does look like Hurst then. However, there is still that hint in today's T&A that Trueman and Sellars are in with a chance.

Maybe the possibility of the season being suspended in the New Year has put the appointment on hold?

Why will be season be suspended mate?

If Hurst isn't announced before tonight's game then Trueman an Sellars will be in with a chance for sure until the end of the season.

With more and more clubs been affected with positive tests, national lockdown looming, I think it is inevitable mate.

Trueman and Sellars in charge until things become clearer I reckon

We've fecked about once already in the hope the season gets cancelled, doing it again in January when we're already in a bad position would be insanity. Though given how amateur the club seems to be these days I'd put money on it happening.

Highly doubt elite sports will be cancelled mate. 3 games getting called off isn't enough.

A national lockdown could happen but sport will still continue.

Any fan thinking about attending a game before Feb/March need to give their head a shake though.

Not sure I follow the logic of Trueman and Sellars to the season end of Hurst isn’t announced today

Yes the appointment doesn’t look imminent they are obviously not convinced about Hurst

Surely any announcements will be tomorrow after tonight's match

The focus needs to be on 3 points only and an announcement today could get into the players heads as well as the temporary managers

    I wouldn't expect news today

The new manager will more than likely be at the game today.

So, might as well announce it as he will be at the ground.

Leicester had a turnover of £178m in the 18/19 season, are owned by a family worth £5bn and are at the pointy end of the PL fighting for a Champions League place worth £15m and nearly a million pounds per point in the group stages. That £100m is not a lot more than their guaranteed TV income.

City have a £6m turnover, get less than £500k TV money and are fighting to stay in the football league.

But you knew all that and are just being an argumentative arse.

Read what @Park bantam@Park bantam said below your post.

If Sparks isn't sure then he can't hire Hurst.

If Hurst gets the managers job why not make Trueman his assistant and let him learn from Hurst. Trueman could then take over if Hurst does well and moves on, and then make Sellers his assistant. This would give the club some continuity and stability which we haven't had for some time.

If he's at the ground they should keep him under wraps and make it official tomorrow

    Why add to the pressure

Yes, I know about Leicesters wealth but that's not the point. The point is Bradford City do nothing off the pitch and just not improving at all. Its a shambles.

He will be watching the game. He will want to see for himself live how the team plays.

What pressure? We are not going to go down mate.

If Hurst is the man and signed the contact like some say then he will be at the game tonight.

you need money for material changes. just because Rupp has some doesn't mean he has to spend it on us.
