A lot of people writing our season off after 4 games. 4 points from 4 games (including 3 away from home) isn’t exactly crisis time. Not ideal but hardly sack the manager time.

I said it last year that I’d give him until the end of this season and I stand by that. He’s had his time to shape the squad and tactics, so if he fails this season then it’s time to reassess.

evidence suggests he knows nothing much about football, didn't he start out in rugby league, he was recruited by Julian Rhodes who was the master at bringing failure on the pitch.

 

Face value assessment but misses so much that is wrong. Hughes has not just joined the club! In my eyes he just isn't up to managing a league 2 club and doesn't really have the hunger or the necessity to make it work.
If you are seriously suggesting we endure a whole season of this shambolic planning and delivery then heaven help us

 

I’m suggesting that the season will improve and the drama on here is over the top. We’re 4 games in to the season. Nothing is won or lost in a 46 game league season in August.

 

4 games isn't enough at all, and one low ebb (today was a low ebb) doesn't sink a season.

But that sucked, and results can't wait.

I think it's the nature of the performances, starting with a sending off in the first half of the first game something you could see coming, it's not good enough and the performances have been poor. It can only really improve we look terrible its the same every season, under achievement. This club is testing fans loyalty to the max serving up rubbish like today, Hughes should have turned the corner by now but its far from that and we are going backwards.
