    Dave Baldwin worked his socks off last time he was down at Valley Parade.
    I have bags of respect for him and would welcome him back behind the scenes.
    Approachable and knowledgeable individual, we could do a lot worse if he's interested in a return.

    I would think 6 months in these dark days are no problem, if as rumoured Dave Baldwin was lined up originally IMO it would be in Rupps best interest to makes sure Dave Baldwin is brought back to the club, he did well originally, went to Burnley and did a great job and the EFL thought he was the right man pretty good CV.

    Even if he didn't serve his notice, it is likely that he will need a 6 month period of gardening leave before he takes another football job.
    If he works his notice, it will be 12 months before he could be appointed as our CEO.
