Ken Morrison was appointed to the board on 25/01/1974 (on the same day as Jack Tordoff, under the Chairmanship of Bob Martin). He was on the board longer than most people think, until his resignation on 29/10/1979.

As per usual with every thread about the club posters have an opinion on everything without having evidence to back it up.
It is great that so many local company’s are coming forward to sponsor the club, buying into the vision Ryan has for the club.

I believe Ken Morrison was involved at one time at Valley Parade in some capacity I wonder why a company like Morrisons was never an annual sponcor like JCT600.

When Morrison's bought Safeway in Scotland, they took over the responsibility of sponsoring the Scottish national football team on this basis and then did not renew the deal when it came to an end.Bronco likes this. -
