What I would like to hear from Mr Rupp and Mr Rahic is what are the detailed plans for the future. SMART planning would be a start. I don’t want false promises I want realistic targets baring in mind our number 1 objective is to gain promotion. Yes how we get their is important including youth development, sponsorship, generating income etc. All great to hear, but if you fail to deliver on your number 1 target all the tools as just mentioned just gets harder. Not one of us want to be in debt, been there done that and I have two tee shirts.

However, sensibly investment is what good business men and women do all the time. We have lost 30% of our fan base this season, and writing that off with an apology is a bit rich to be honest. Rupp and Rahic need to put that right, what other buisness would put up with that end of term report? We need to know what is going to happen to rectify this and more importantly stop it happening again. Fans need to understand that is our money that has been lost, you are investing your time and money into what you thought was going to be a successful business. I am putting it this way because that is how business is run, no emotions. Of course we are supporters, and I have invested again, but 30% of supporters decided to withdraw their investment.

So if we won't have a competitive playing budget, how exactly are things getting better?

What things are getting better exactly? From what you’ve said I see nothing to get optimistic about.
What mistakes have they admitted to? What is going to change?
Without a revision of spending on transfer fees and youth and directing more into signing good players on decent wages and without Edin holding his hands up and eating some humble pie then we are going nowhere but back to the khazi.

Ffs Stefan is hardly ever here, it’s Edin who needs to stop hiding, show some humility and tell us what EXACTLY he is going to do differently because at the moment the way he has handled things has taken us backwards. There is no magic wand, it will have got around in football what a basket case we’ve become. Without significant first team investment to rectify things then we’re going backwards no matter how much bullshit they come out with.

Honestly how the feck are they going to turn this around unless Edin stops behaving like he is and unless they spend some money on the first team wage budget?

 

The business is going to follow the same strategy as before hopefully this time with everybody pulling in the same direction with
Better man management
No first team signings without the managers approval.

No first team signings without the managers approval, I'd suggest the managers choice of player and no interference from anyone, his success or failure is judged on his appointments (of course all within the financial constraints)
