    You would get additional points awarded for each away game you attended purchased a ticket for, and pre season friendlies plus cup games.
    Giving season ticket holders (who have shown a dedication by forking out the dosh) the points, gives them an advantage over any casual supporter, or those in the Second West!!

    I agree but I think for some reason the club feel its necessary, so my point was if that's what they intend to carry on doing then what's the point of giving a season ticket holder 20 more for attending a home game, unless they believe its an incentive, which IMO it certainly isn't in my case.

    of course there is a cost to it. Just have one loyalty scheme, why complicate it with one for away games, one for this and one for the other.

    Items bought at the club other than tickets should not be used toward any scheme that includes the purchase of tickets.

    Take purchase of tickets out then. Just have a loyalty scheme for money spent and bring back the loyalty card for a few hundred quid.

    I can not see them running two separate loyalty schemes.

    Could someone point Ryan in the direction of this thread? Once the usual argumentative tit-for-tat is filtered out, there are some good points that would be useful to a serious survey.

    The scheme on the whole has worked.

    So including shop and kiosk sales is just completely fecking it up.

    Let's redefine what loyalty means in this instance and what the actual fans think its related to. We have a handful of games where away tickets might exceed supply depending on circumstance. Any scheme brought in should be to deal with the fairest allocation of those said tickets. That should not include someone buying a shirt or anything else other than attending matches.

    Ryan pretending to communicate with fans when a decision has already been made. Shock!

    Getting points for how much you spend at the ground, gift shop etc which enables you to attend away games is wrong,

    In its simplest form, it needs virtually no investment, just prioritise away tickets based on the number of previous away matches you have purchased tickets for. The ticketing site already records this.

    Ryan can have his Tesco Clubcard style scheme, then, for everything else.

    Tesco scheme for fans to get away tickets isn’t right and not fair.

    A set of mates can go to the game and one mate can just hand over his or her card when buying someone else is buying the round in a gain all the points.

    Wrong!!

    To be fair we managed long enough without a loyalty scheme. Only really comes into its own if you get a playoff at a ground with a small allocation or an away cup tie at a big premiership club. Even this season nearly every game has gone to general season ticket holders.

    The survey, and accompanying news article, hints strongly at the sort of changes being planned and the news article states:
    "PLEASE NOTE: From next season, the scheme will change its name to the City Supporters Scheme, with the awarding of City Points based on fans’ purchases at the club."

    In addition, the Club has outlined some of the changes it wants to make at Supporters Board meetings, e.g. Executive Box purchases, Suite purchases etc.

    Maybe Ryan thinks if nearly all the away tickets go to Executive Box and Suites supporters, then the pyro lot won't get many, as I doubt many of them are high spenders at the Club.

    The system is flawed. It doesn’t work correctly and show the balance. It doesn’t seem to record entry on some occasions.

    The club uses Season Ticket holders purchases, for Attendance purposes/figures. The club use your purchase, even if you don’t attend, you are part of the ‘gate’.

    Some have said it is fundamentally dishonest and ‘cherry picking’ to suit the disparate needs of the club!

    I wonder if @wetherbywhaler@wetherbywhaler as a board member has a view and any insights?
