To counter - its just buying a ticket!!

What's the need for FOUR bands and then a season ticket band.

    It's unnecessarily complicated.

Plus they will be constantly dealing with people who are querying their points or can't log in or there's an error AND they'll have to turn the queries round in less than 24 hours otherwise the person loses their ticket as the next band may buy them all. They are putting themselves under unnecessary pressure.

Each band gets a 24 hour exclusivity window to get tickets but the bands will change from game to game (presumably to take into account the allocation). So band A for Barrow might be the top 600 people whereas Tranmere might be the top 1000. Also if they get points for each band now it would make them a bit redundant later on in the season as 800 points might see you in the top 1000 now but in 6 months when 14000 have had 150 points for the season ticket and 10 home games it might be that the top 10,000 are on 800 points so loyalty at the top end becomes worthless.

Agree with the short time scales for each window - really good point.
But the scheme on a whole is inline with most other clubs that I know do it. Those with the most points get first dibs, then a few less points get the next chance and so on.
Other than just making it season ticket priority and no other criteria I’m not sure what more they can do.

Whatever the club does on this issue, some will be unhappy.

It's pretty straightforward, commonplace at most other clubs but, as this is Bradford City, anything that isn't queuing up at the ticket office to pay in cash will cause all sorts of consternation with elements of the fanbase.

I've had private confirmation of my A+ status anyway and don't need to get involved, so I'll leave the rest of you to it.

The potential stumbling block ? The away club!

    Subject to:-

The exclusive purchasing windows of 24 hours for each loyalty-point band - eight days before the fixture in question - will apply subject to the club receiving tickets for sale from the home side in a timely manner, at least two weeks before the respectivematch.

That makes me on Rooley Lane then. Do you get points for attending home matches, even though you have a ST?

20 points per home game. It's unclear whether you get the points if you don't turn up.

It seems you only get them if you turn up, earlier on in the thread I asked the question if any season ticket holders has less than 610 points (23 home games @ 20 points plus 150 for season ticket) and there were some that were lower than that.

Simple answer to this is to get out of this God awful division and then it probably won't matter half as much.

I commented about that, at least twice last season the stewards at the bottom of the Sunwin Stand couldn't get a reading so waved me through, I would think you get points for all home games as you've pre paid for your season ticket attending or not.
If you purchase an away ticket and can't attend for whatever reason it will still go on your Loyalty points.

I am not sure that is how it works. My son and I have exactly the same number of loyalty points, but I went to more home matches than he did. We both had a season ticket last year and one for the coming season.

Ah that is why then. We both had Covid type systems over a few matches, plus just really poor football matches over the turn of the year. Ah well!

You did. Mine is 510 and my husband is 490. No idea why ours are different. I do think they need to show you how you accrued them points. Plus we changed seats not sure if that affected our points.

Does anyone know how to check loyalty points of those in friends and family?

Obviously my kids tickets are just linked to mine but they don't have their own accounts.

If you go into your previous matches on the ticketing site, it states how many points were allocated by game.
