If the club keep dishing out a greater amount of points for buying off field things then we could end up with someone who never travels away having more points than someone who goes to all away games.
What would happen then is people with enough points buying away tickets for people who don’t and then we’d end up with a Chelsea situation where casual supporters can get tickets before regular away travellers.
What next? Buy a 3 course meal in the banqueting suite and get 500 points?
Book your wedding at VP and get 1000 points?

I hope they do it's more money for the club and Ryan will have been proved right. I take it you've bought yours? We can compare matching scarves.

Rumours are they’ll offer points for buying a beer at the Fanzone. Is this because nobody is using it?

I'll be honest I haven't bought one, never would. Football isn't that important to me that I get worked up about some 'points' on a supporter account. But you go knock yerself self out lad. I'll give you credit your faux outrage keeps me amused.

Is a ridiculous concept. Loyalty points should maybe roll over for a couple of years and then you continuously lose a years worth as they expire.

That way the loyalty scheme rewards people attending recently and not someone who's been going for 15 years and only done 3 away games in the last 5.

As I am not in the top two tiers of the Loylay Loyal, then I had to wait until this morning for my Salford tickets. Logged on and no problem whatsoever.
In respect of the Orient game @bantamdave41@bantamdave41, then we have had Train tickets booked to go to London, only to find that there was no service due to the disputes. You better have a Plan B!

Two things to consider. Firstly use a railcard, in your case family and friends

    https://www.familyandfriends-railcard.co.uk/

This has an initial cost of £30 but saves 1/3rd for adults and up to 60% for under 16s. Read the T&Cs for full understanding

Secondly, u are right, the Halifax leg is costing you. IMO, book Halifax to leeds and then Leeds to London. Use the following site, which I use regularly :

    https://v3.trainsplit.com/

it finds the cheapest way to get from a to b. In many cases you stay on the same train but may have multiple tickets.

    Details here https://v3.trainsplit.com/about

By adopting railcard and train split, I can the whole thing for around £90 for your peoples.... Screenshot_20220923_224449_com.android.chrome.jpg Screenshot_20220923_224530_com.android.chrome.jpg

If Leicester U21 points have been added and the game isn't until next week, it blows that "scanned at the turnstiles" theory out the water.

If you both have the points, yes you can buy two together. There is a friends and family link on the ticketing site, or if you give both customer numbers when you ring up they will allocate them.

However if only one of you has the requirements to get a ticket they won't sell you a second one until that person is eligible.

I've bought 2 together for multiple games this season this way.

With it being half term we know someone with a Caravan over there so we are staying local over the weekend. I was sweating on the points numbers being announced myself but with the handful of away games I have been to and all the cup home games I made the cut, so the bar really isn't that high for the tiered batches of tickets.

Otherwise I would have just been hovering over the website this morning to get tickets in the season ticket batch, there was a good 90min of sales there before selling out. I guess the only complaint is if you have a job where either you or someone you know can't jump online for you.

I already see people moaning online that they missed out, I mean if they are online moaning surely they could have just as easily navigated the BCAFC website.

The loyalty scheme has plunged to a new low now.
    Blackmail, nothing more nothing less.
Basically pay £6 for 20 points.

I just wish they actually gave me the loyalty points I earnt rather than cancelling them because I moved my seat for a game to bring more people into the stadium.

Instead I get no response from the ticket office and the offer of 20 points for a team that isn't the one I pay to watch.

What next, 20 points if you go watch their soapbox in the City Centre again?

The points being accrued at home games is out of order, you've paid for your 23 homes games by purchasing a season ticket there shouldn't have to be scanned, as Steve says the away side of the loyalty scheme has worked well, this situation needs sorting Mr Sparks, your home support shouldn't be penalised for missing a home game due to the scanners not working or the system failing or for whatever reason working, holidays or illness !!!.

I have and have not had any response whatsoever.
I’ve listed the games I’m missing and even offered to provide evidence of my spending in the ground at those games.
But that is my concern - we end up in the play offs and the issue isn’t fixed ahead of then or even at all.
