I still remember the 25 year exclusive merchandise claim. I think it just turned out to be a copy of the CVA....

Exactly, the points are for away tickets and it’s first team men’s team away games only where points should be earned.

What a load of bloody nonsense

Pity the club don't keep fans directly updated about player injuries or how many tickets are sold for away games, rather than concentrate on crap like "memberships". Suppose we have some big "Marketing staff" wages to cover now so they have to try and justify their positions somehow...:*@

The loyalty scheme has plunged to a new low now.
    Blackmail, nothing more nothing less.
Basically pay £6 for 20 points.

    If true, that a disgrace.

They can't just chop and change when and where to add these points. It needs to be clearly defined, season by season so supporters are fully aware of the requirements to build up points for the chance attend the games they'd like to.

I support the men's club, I've no interest in the separate entity that is the women's team and don't wish to be forced into it either.

If the women's team want to introduce a loyalty scheme for away tickets then crack on, I've no issue with that but it shouldn't, in any way, be intrinsically linked to tickets for the men's team.

I just wish they actually gave me the loyalty points I earnt rather than cancelling them because I moved my seat for a game to bring more people into the stadium.

Instead I get no response from the ticket office and the offer of 20 points for a team that isn't the one I pay to watch.

What next, 20 points if you go watch their soapbox in the City Centre again?

Nobody is forcing you to support the women's team, if you don't want to buy a ticket then that's your choice just like any other game.

With the way we are all watched by CCTV, I expect the next move to be 20 loyalty points for parking on Burlinton Terrace to go to the shop

    I didn't say that.

I'm annoyed that I'm possibly at a disadvantage when securing tickets for men's games purely because I have no interest in a completely different football club.

And you are 100% right. I don't watch women's football from my couch, I would never consider an hours round trip to actually see it in the flesh unless the midfield three were Fiona Bruce, Nigella Lawson & Katya Adler

The only time a fan will ever use loyalty points they have accrued, is to buy a ticket to an away game (or, on the extremely rare occasion, an in-demand home game). Therefore only buying tickets for Away games should be THE only way you gain loyalty points. Anything else makes it an absolute piss take to those of us that have put in the miles over the course of a season

Completely agree. Someone getting the same loyalty points for a different clubs home match at VP as those who travelled 400 miles to Swindon is an absolute nonsense and I'm amazed that whoever introduced this actually thought it would be appreciated.

Do they still have school cup finals at VP? Are loyalty points going to be handed out for those too?

It’s almost like they’re trying to ‘level up’ whereby giving fans who cannot attend away matches the opportunity to build up points.
Whoever at the club is making these bizarre decisions needs sacking
